Can't fault Ian. Came out at very short notice to do an Epc for my property going on the market. Very reasonable price, far cheaper than going via agents. Epc report available to view within 24hrs. Would recommend. Thanks Ian.

I recently had a residential EPC completed by Fox Property Services and Solutions specifically Ian Carmichael. I found them very prompt to respond following my email request and accomodated a convenient day and time very quickly. Mr Carmichael arrived on time, was very friendly and professional.
