Landlords eager to comply with MEES will want to know the energy rating of their property both before and after installation of improvement measures.

Elmhurst recommends that in the first instance members should use RdSAP to produce an Energy Report to clients in order to show the current energy rating and recommended improvement measures for that property. We guarantee that clients will find the Energy Report much easier to follow, with the unnecessary clutter (which is present on the EPC) removed.
