Great rapid service for an EPC

Very pleased with the service Ian gave . He was very informative punctual and very reasonable. This is the second time I’ve used Ian and would recommend his professional service.

Very professional but relaxed. Explained everything that was being done and why, what the report would mean too. Very good price, pleasantly surprised!!

Ian came to our house yesterday to assess our house in Sapcote for an EPC. We would highly recommend him! He was really friendly, professional and incredibly knowledgeable about energy performance matters and was able to give us lots of information for the future and advice on how to improve our energy rating in our current house. He also spent time answering our questions and gave lots of advice about improvements and grants that may be available for us when we move in to our new home.
