I recently had a residential EPC completed by Fox Property Services and Solutions specifically Ian Carmichael. I found them very prompt to respond following my email request and accomodated a convenient day and time very quickly. Mr Carmichael arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. He answered my questions and gave guidance after the inspection test and provided me with my certificate straight away. I would certainly give my full recommendation to his service.

Required an EPC and contacted Ian one evening. He was able to make the inspection the following day which enabled us to market the property with minimal delay. Would thoroughly reccomend.
