Emailed at 8:00am, Ian fit us in the same day and provided a great service for £60 less than the estate agent quoted. Would highly recommend to anyone requiring an EPC.

He arrived on time for the appointment and completed his assesment thoroughly and efficiently with the EPC being produced and lodged on the government website the same day.I do not hesitate to recommend Ian should you need an EPC to be produced.

BlueFox Property Service completed our Energy Performance Certificate on price and within days of our instructions. Ian completed the work on time and informed us that the loft should be better insulated and we could get a grant to complete the work. We have asked to do to this for us, could not fault him the EPC was posted within minutes of our payment to him :)
