Received a phone call almost immediately after publishing a request for a EPC on a comparison site. He was willing to come out same day but I was busy, rearranged some things to come at suitable for me and published the EPC immediately so I could get it straight over to my mortgage provider. I was very pushed for time in completing so this meant I was able to get my mortgage offer a couple days later which has helped me tremendously. Reasonable priced as well. Would definitely recommend.
